This 6-week group helps teens explore, understand, and manage their anger in a way that’s real, honest, and empowering. Through interactive lessons, body-based tools, and judgment-free discussion, participants learn how to recognize their triggers, regulate intense emotions, and express themselves without causing harm.

Each session focuses on a different skill set—from decoding the roots of anger and reading physical cues, to identifying pressure points, using safe release strategies, and repairing relationships after conflict. This group goes beyond “just calming down” and teaches teens how to take ownership of their reactions while still honoring their emotions.

Designed to be engaging and relatable, this group is ideal for teens who struggle with outbursts, shutdowns, impulsivity, or ongoing frustration. All materials are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and developmentally appropriate.

By the end of the program, participants will leave with a personalized coping toolkit and the confidence to manage anger without losing themselves in the process.
